Shipping policy

[Please note we may be experiencing delivery delays of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.]

Orders to the contiguous United States qualify for free 2-day shipping and require a signature upon receipt. We offer overnight shipping for $45 and Saturday delivery for $65 within the contiguous United States. We will do our best to ship in-stock items within 24 business day hours of the order being place.

Packages will be insured by FedEx, UPS or our third-party insurer while in transit. Upon delivery, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address in the shipping portion of your order.

Any orders placed on Friday afternoon EST or over the weekend and/or holidays observed by the Company will be processed on the following business day. The Company does not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the Company.

If you decline to accept a shipment from Love Thy Rival, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to the Company. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund as applicable.
