Return Policy
If you decide that your order is not right for any reason, please make a return request for a full refund (minus the original shipping charge) as set forth below within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made following 24 hours of receipt will be for exchange only. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be worn, damaged, unsaleable or otherwise not in its original pristine condition in the original packaging and with the receipt.
Please note that special and/or custom orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund and are final sale.
If you wish to make a return within 24 hours of receipt, please email inquiry@lovethyrival.com and title the header of your email “RETURN,” together with the order number. We will email you a prepaid shipping label for your use. Once the returned item is thoroughly inspected, we will process a full refund to the original form of payment less the shipping charges.
If you wish to make an exchange within 24 hours of receipt, please email inquiry@lovethyrival.com and title the header of your email “EXCHANGE,” together with the order number. We are happy to assist you with your exchange or provide you with store credit.
Please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers and the Company’s has the right to refuse returns, deny or order or close an account if we determine excessive return requests are made by the same customer or account.
